McCall, Idaho is an old logging town situated on the shores of beautiful glacier Payette Lake. Surrounded by mountains and valleys this area offers so much to every person who come to see its beauty. Donnelly boosts the hottest resort to hit the west. Tamarack Resort is the new up and coming place to live, play and invest. Situated at the North West side of Lake Cascade Reservior and on beautiful West Mountain this newest resorts has it all. From winter sports and events to summer mountain biking (President Bush loved it) zip lines etc. Tamarack is host to some great events like the Chevy Snowboard Competition and the 2009 Special Olympics.
Then at the south end of Lake Cascade you have the sleepy town of Cascade. Cascade sits at the end of Long Valley and the beginning of Round Valley. The views are breathtaking

Jug Mountain Ranch Golf course was rated second best new public golf course under $75 by golf digest. However, in the winter it transforms into one of the areas best cross country, skate-ski and snowshoe trails, boosting 25 k of impeccably groomed trails that are open to the public and dog friendly.
Ponderosa State Park is not just for Camping. This State Park is located on the peninsula of Payette Lake. Although you can camp with tents or RVs in its many sites, it also provides year round recreations with its many trails. This year we are proud to host the 2008 Master World Cup Nordic race.
